Terms of Service

1.1 The Legal Bond
This is a contract. When you click “Accept,” “Purchase,” or even simply navigate our pages, you are signing a digital agreement. This Agreement governs your access to all tools, software, and information hosted at FortniteHacks.help. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have reviewed these terms with a parent or legal guardian and they have consented to your use of this service.
1.2 Digital Licensing Model
We do not sell “products.” We grant limited, non-exclusive, revocable licenses to access specific digital data. You do not own the software, the scripts, or the access keys. You are paying for the privilege of entry into our ecosystem. This license is tied to your specific hardware ID (HWID) and is non-transferable.
1.3 Modification of Service
The digital landscape changes hourly. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature of the site at any time without notice. We are not liable for any “downtime” or the patching of specific vulnerabilities by third-party game developers that may render a specific tool inactive.
Payment & Chargeback Policy
“All sales are final. No exceptions. No excuses.”
2.1 The “Finality” Clause
Because our assets are purely digital and delivered instantly upon payment, they cannot be “returned.” Once the digital key is generated or the download link is provided, the value of the transaction has been fully realized. By purchasing, you waive your right to any 14-day “cooling off” period usually associated with physical consumer goods.
2.2 Chargeback “War Room” Protocol
We take a zero-tolerance stance toward “Friendly Fraud.” If you initiate a chargeback through PayPal, your Credit Card issuer, or your bank, our automated legal system immediately responds with a comprehensive evidence package.
Our Evidence Package includes:
- Verified IP address and Geolocation at the time of purchase.
- Digital “Fingerprint” proving the file was downloaded or the key was viewed.
- Screenshot logs of your agreement to these specific Terms of Service.
- Telemetry data proving usage of the software post-purchase.
2.3 Blacklisting & Consequences
Any user who attempts to dispute a valid charge will be permanently blacklisted from all current and future services provided by our network. We also reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to global fraud databases, which can negatively impact your ability to make digital purchases across the internet.
Code of Conduct
3.1 Integrity of the Community
While we provide tools that modify gameplay, we expect our users to maintain a baseline of human decency. Harassment, doxxing, or threatening other members of our community or staff will result in immediate account termination without refund.
3.2 Anti-Reverse Engineering
You are granted a license to use our tools, not to deconstruct them. Any attempt to debug, crack, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software is a breach of contract and a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We monitor for such activity via server-side heartbeats.
Privacy & Data Security
4.1 Data Collection Limits
We only collect what we need to verify your license and prevent fraud. This includes your email (for account recovery) and hardware identifiers (to prevent multi-device license abuse). We do not sell your data. We do not care about your personal identity; we only care that you are a authorized user.
4.2 Note to Parents (COPPA)
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent discovers their child has created an account without permission, they can contact us for immediate deletion of all associated data. However, please note that “unauthorized purchase” claims will still be subject to our Chargeback Policy (Section 2.2).
Absolute Disclaimer of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BANS, LOSS OF GAME ACCOUNTS, OR DAMAGE TO HARDWARE RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OUR SOFTWARE. GAMING COMPANIES ACTIVELY DISCOURAGE THE USE OF THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, AND BY PROCEEDING, YOU ACCEPT 100% OF THE RISK OF BEING BANNED FROM THE GAME IN QUESTION. WE PROVIDE NO WARRANTIES OF STEALTH OR UNDETECTABILITY. BY CONTINUING, YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE OPERATORS OF FORTNITEHACKS.HELP FROM ANY LOSSES, FINANCIAL OR OTHERWISE.
